Q. Can I change my order or cancel it?
That’s really unfortunate that we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders smoothly and to minimize frequent errors. You are requested to check your order before placing it.

Q. How should I place my order?
Select items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you are finalized, you can proceed to check out. Check and ensure that all information is perfect before confirming your purchases and payment.

Q. How soon will my order be fulfilled?
All orders will be processed within 2 days to 5 days maximum, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Pakistan Time (PST/GMT +5hours).

Q. When will my order be delivered?
For nationwide deliveries, once ready, your order should reach you within approximately 4-8 business days.
