We at UMAR KHAN are dedicated to providing the best possible service. Although we really hope you love your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason. You have seven days from the date of delivery to notify us if you discover any defects with the product's quality or the work done. The company's Quality Department will investigate the matter when you submit a query and get back to you promptly. If there is a significant issue with the goods, we may assess it and offer you an exchange or store credit for future purchases.

- All customers are hereby notified that the company is only providing the embroidery that is specified on the inlays; anything else used in the stitching is only for shoot purposes.

- For reasons like an item being out of stock, pricing problems, or the credit card issuer declining the payment, we have the right to cancel orders.
